user private calling number lost

My custoner's oxe R12.4 have a problem. set private calling number to all user , when oxe reboot , some and same user's private calling number lost
. I use its ops and create new database , private calling number is ok , not lost . So , should I recreate oxe's database ? or is it have other way to fix it?

Upgrade to latest R12.4 patch and reproduce.

Thanks,Frank . But the oxe is the last version R12.4-M5204-90。The customer's oxe database needs to be rebuilt，I have verified that this method is feasible in my lab.....

there are tools to rebuild the DB, did you use them?
