Dear All,
In OXO R.6 we are using Auto attendant. when we call the number it's ringing 4 times then connecting to AA welcome message. we want to reduce the ring 1 or 2.
I was trying to reduce the "disaans" time in debug labels but nothing happen.
Any help...thanks in advance.

Whats the way for the incoming attandant call? Direct in attandant group the mailbox lines, attandent forwarded to mailbox group or dynamic routing to the mailbox group. I assume you use the last way - than you have to reduce the timer 1 (from normaly 12 sec).

try changing the off hook delay in general parameters of voice processing
