Analog Extension problem

Hi all,

In OXO, I have a problem with analog extensions. When I put my receiver back to phone after talking on a trunk line, I get some callback sort of ring on my phone. But when I listen it on receiver, nobody is there. Any solution ??

Usually that happens when on the other side line is open, you get a ringback. Check your trunks

check under its feature's, master mailing is prolly ticked?? untick that and give it a go....

ive never had the issue but ive had people mention to me that seems to be the cause?

I have the same problem, but still don't have solution for it.

I kinda had this problem once before. however it was analogue and digital phones all affected and it was due to the disconnect timers on the analogue trunks. what type of lines are being used?

I had the same problem in OXE R7.0. The sulution in this case is the followng:

For the involved SLI:
Shelf - Board - SLI position
Send Init Dynamic Msg = TRUE
Param By Default = FALSE

In the go down menu - Dynamic Init Parameter set following parameter:
P20 = 2
P21 = 0
P22 = 15
P23 = 0
P24 = 2
P25 = 0
P26 =22
P27 = 1

Please RESET the coupler SLI after the above modification.

This is an OXO issue, not an OXE.
