8440 - how to call mailbox number after pressing 1

Hi,

voice mail server (OmniTouch 8440 Messaging Software) is configured fine, and when i called the voice mail from the set, i hear "if you have a mail box within the system press 1"

then i pressed 1 But i don't know how to add mail box number to call it after pressing 1 ???


So, how to create a mailbox number to call it after the voice guide ??

It is saying that because you haven't configured the numbers on the user so the system can identify him by ANI or you are calling from a non registered number.
