External call transfer to internal set rejected

I don't see where is my aggression when l express my surprise that almost no one finds this matter an interesting one, but instead help or compassion they choose to laugh. Was I wrong when I described detailed the problem? As for Alcatel support , I am fully aware of what kind of support I would get whem my last certification is for release 8, as I worked 15 years at Alcatel. They will tell me that I have no R10 ACSE or ACFE , so I am not allowed to ask a thing that actually happens on R8, or maybe at any release lower that 10. Like I am not supposed to know what R10 is compared to R5 at least at basic things! Not to mention about the "new" Alcatel support that sometimes is represented by a 20 year old guy hired 6 months ago! So, forgive me if I sounded critical, but I expected something else than mocking!
I didn't tried LOLA or cold reset because it's a 24/7 transport company and I wanted to minimize the interruption of s3rvice. That's why I want to prepare an offline database and load it, but ometimes this fails for some reason. Finally, I will do it manually from 0. I tried the latest 8.x because I thought that maybe that 8.1 had a bug and the key are 8.x.

I think the misunderstanding was that seemed that you expected support from the forum immediately ...! anyway my suggestion is to load an other cpu with r8.2 and restore on site ...it will take you less than 15 minutes .. and 30 days to fix it ! down time for some minutes is less important if they cannot communicate properly .. as you have experience of 15 years with alcatel you should know that bugs are always present ... 20 years old or not is the only way to the source .. don't underestimate ...

Here's another one with failed transfer! This time I have a OXO R8.2 only with Ip-phones that was upgraded to R10.1, the database translation was ok, but after modifying some keys at IPTouch 4018 the ISDN PRA-T2 external call cannot be transferred to any internal set, but can be transferred to an external number using the same ISDN trunk ! First I imported the keys from one Ip-phone to all 4019 Ip-phone , but this happens also when you individually modify 1 key . First I thought that only the users I modified were affected, but I seems that no user can transfer external to internal, but can transfer Internal to internal and external to external. I reloaded with LOLA R10.1 , reconfigured the system from 0, but as soon I modify a key the transfer go nuts!
