I we have Alcatel OXO.
And i am interested in stataistic of internal calls. Q-ty incomming call, q-ty out comming, duration time etc.
Is it possible? If yes, how it could be done? Becouse right now we have statistic only for external calls.

We have one internal group number, calls transfered to this number always from another enternal number. And we need understand q-ty thesetransfered calls, and durations

Hi
Yes, there is no internal metering on OXO. If you have a hunting group, maybe you can read the xml file provided by OXO and read the initial user ID with the hunting group number.

There is function called Local call mettering application (LCMA) whitch can provide information about internal calls, this works from release 8.2 on OXO.
