Redirect to External
Re: Redirect to External
If I translate it (my Omnivisa is in German) I think it would say "Professional TG with Overlapping". Prefix Information is 10 and private Routing is not enabled.
Re: Redirect to External
hi
in the feature class of service of the extension whome would to divert to external should have rights to do it means should have rights to divert his set to external , also to do his set should be able to call exetrnaly (pnc : a set could be able to call only area 1 and divert to area 2 f.e;when you divert to external it s you r erxtension who will call)
the last one in some case the management don't wont local call follows the set when it's divert externaly .

Re: Redirect to External
Hi haroun,
sry, but i just couldn't make sense of what you wanted to say. I ended up calling our technical support provider and the technician was able to configure the device with a multiline option to enable external forwarding.
Thank you for trying though.

Re: Redirect to External
SO if the set is analog one means he can't do redirect to external?!
Re: Redirect to External
I am not sure, I know that my set is defined as multiline 4020 and in a category with Redirect to External permissions.
