Redirect to External

Post by SimonK »

Hello,

I am trying to create a button on a Alcatel-Lucent 4020 Device to redirect all incoming calls to an external cellphone number. I know how to define the the redirection with "91", but how to I redirect externally and not to an internal Number?

I am using the Omnivista 4760 Software.

Thank you

Define it as immediate fwd prefix + external line seizure (TG or ARS seizure) + ext number

thank you for your quick reply. so the content of the field shoud be "91#0174xxxxxxx"? Whereby "#" is the external line seizure? This doesn't work for me. Upon pressing the button, I receive "not available".

No I can not. I can dial 91 for the redirection, but then I have to dial "#" for an outside line and receive "Not Available" (Merkmal nicht Verfügbar).

Hello Haroun,

i am sorry, I am not an expert on this subject. To clarify, I have assigned the set 4020 to a category that includes the permission to redirect to external. I think that is what you mean by your second and third sentence. However, I do not undersatnd your last two sentences, would you be able to clarify those for me? Thank you in advance.

Why #? What is the meaning of that prefix on your PBX?

The prefix "#" is required to dial an external telefonnumber. (Amt in German)
