did you find this doc?if yes is working..
then change password for users mtcl,root,swinst
first did you try the default password before changing them?

That looks great, I have some project now ,
As a beginner in OXE I will try the instructions and may bother more and ask (if you don't mind)

Progress:
** I could build a working serial cable (ALCATEL_OMNIPCX_INSTALLATION_MANUAL)
** Password reset done (Many thanks to Konstantinos.E) very helpful and friendly

Now time to go further and learn more about OXE

Does any one know how to reach the grub prompt in CPU 7-2 as i have lost password for root

if you have a password for swinst try to change root password with this account.

try to append a

to the kernel line.
