Hi,

you can check following database items:
- IP/Fax Parameters/Fax Relay Max Rate = default is "9.6 Kbits/s" and you may try "14.4 Kbits/s" (it helped in our case for incomming direction)
note: this parameter maybe requires reset of relevant GD/GA/INT-IP board
- Users/Analog type = default is "No specific management" you may try "FAX"
note: this parameter works in association with IP / IP domain / FAX/MODEM call transparency
