IP set 4018 multi line feature

Post by Kannan.nagaian »

Hi

Will the IP set 4018 support multi line feature?
I have configured two resourse keys as Line for the 4018 set but it does not receive second call on the second line key when the first line key is in conversation. Any help would be appreciated.

Look in Feature Rights part 1, check Camp on Allowed and uncheck Camp on protection.

Hi Elikiwi

In feature rights part 1, the camp on allowed is checked and camp on protection is unchecked already. But the problem is there.

Hi Murraya

The 4 options are checked in the general resource. Actually the problem is the IP set 4018 does not get the second call while it is in conversation. That is the multi line feature is not working.

Programming the monoline, multiline, "key system" or "PCX" mode:
• by OMC (Expert View): Users/Base stations List -> Users/Base stations List -> Profiles.
• by OMC (Easy view): User profiles
• by MMC-Station: TerPro.

Hope this helps.

Hi

In the profile whether it is pcx or key system mode no difference.

The 4018 can receive second call while in conversation from operator console only. I checked that it is not only in 4018 even 4038 also same problem.

Hi
The problem is resolved after rebooting the oxo. Now the multi line feature is working in 4018 IP set. Thanks for your support.
