Public Network Category

Hi all!
I have an Alcatel 4400 omnipcx pbx. Now I have to set users permisions to make calls to a celluar network or to a foreign net. As far as I understood the permissions are set by using Public network category.
What I need to know - what categories are there, what kind of access each category allows?

Hi. I will give you a basic description:
Public Connection COS: use for allow conecction to external access (Public, Private: using PIN, Business:using business code). By default all trunk group have category 5.
Tel Facility Category: in Categories-->Tel Facility Category allow or not a lot of facilitys that have a set (user)
Conecction Category ID: use for allow or not connection (user to user) and transfers (this ID is for two different matrix: Categories->Connection Category and Categories-->Transfer Category)
