Problem switch 6850 Vxworks mode

Hi

I have a problem with a switch 6850. login miniboot applies bootvx command to access the mode VxWorks.
now I can not enter via serial.

send me the following:

Please post a capture of the complete boot process that leaves the switch in this mode.
