Setting smaller time for DISA response on OXO

It is posibile to set a small time for DISA response?.I want that the msg for DISA to enter after first ring not after the 3rd.

System Misc./ Memory R/W/ Other Labels/ DisaAnsTim by default 3C (hex) or 060 (dec) = 6 sec. Reduce it.

I try this but nothing happened.Still the welcome mesage for DISA enters after first 3 rings
