... you go to -system, -set/reset passwords, thats all.

Or if you lost installer PW you can login (PCMMC) as Operator with 22272 (only today) on next monday 41489.
Than the same.... ... you go to -system, -set/reset passwords, thats all.
Thats for A4200. Hope that helps. Good luck.
I am a little confused a 4200 has a 4 digit password how do manage to put in a 5 digit password. I have tried to do it but after the fourth digit I get the message wrong password. and the password 22272 (Only Today) you mean Saturday the 8 of august 2008 ?.

Thanks
SGE

you must set date back (set T0 off, because incomming calls send actually date), login as "operator" PCMMC local. The operator PW has 5 digit.

You need to choose manufacturer instead of operator. But the 22272 password doesn't work. I will try the other one I presume i have to put the date at 11 August 2008 and then try the second password.

Thanks for sharing maybe you can tell us more about the excel tool

Thanks SGE. When I put the data at 11 August 2008 then the 41489 password works. But you need to choose manufacturer at the PCMMC. The 22272 password I won't get it working.

Thanks again. If you can tell us more about the excel tool it should be nice we don't have to disconnect the T0.

Yea, I tried that password as well. It didn't work.

The excel tool is the thing we need. But strange I managed to get into the system without any hard time using the Administrator access.

It's like for OXO, but without first four letters.
