OS6860 entering to miniboot

Dear Gurus.

One of the switch OS6860 is entering to miniboot automatically. In miniboot i am unable to give any command. Below are the error which i am facing:

To use the switch rescue procedure first make sure of the following:

- The Urescue.img file is located in the root directory of the
USB flash device
- The 6860 directory contains all the system files required to
revive the switch.
i.e. 6860/certified/<*.img boot.cfg>
on the USB flash device
- USB flash device is inserted

Once the above requirements are met, issue the following command
at the prompt to start the rescue process:

=> run rescue

i gets stuck here and i am unable to give any of the command, and after some times it gets reset and do the same procedure and gets stuck at the same . Had any one of you seen this issue before or can help me out from this situation.

If rescue is not working than you have lost. You have livetime waranty for the switch (means RTF up to 5 years after EOS).

yes i have the life time warranty, so its better to send the switch for the RMA...there is no other option for this..right?

test the rescue via usb at another switch. If this is there working but not here, then RMA.

I tried with the usb...its working on other switches.
