To use the switch rescue procedure first make sure of the following:
- The Urescue.img file is located in the root directory of the
USB flash device
- The 6860 directory contains all the system files required to
revive the switch.
i.e. 6860/certified/<*.img boot.cfg>
on the USB flash device
- USB flash device is inserted
Once the above requirements are met, issue the following command
at the prompt to start the rescue process:
=> run rescue

OS6860 entering to miniboot
Re: OS6860 entering to miniboot
If rescue is not working than you have lost. You have livetime waranty for the switch (means RTF up to 5 years after EOS).

Re: OS6860 entering to miniboot
yes i have the life time warranty, so its better to send the switch for the RMA...there is no other option for this..right?
Re: OS6860 entering to miniboot
test the rescue via usb at another switch. If this is there working but not here, then RMA.
Re: OS6860 entering to miniboot
I tried with the usb...its working on other switches.
Re: OS6860 entering to miniboot
Then RMA time it seems
