Thank you! I am able to upgrade using the firmware you have provided.
Then noticed my device still shows (none), under Software Versions for SIP version.
Can you please provide me the latest SIP firmware.

Hello, to change the firmware to SIP can it only be done with the Alcatel software? They gave me one of these phones to work with Asterisk.
