8001 SIP extension

Hi All

We using OXE R11.2.2 and SIP extension 8001, but when i make the call between 8001 SIP the call not work with "Not acceptable here", i have tried to change the code for 8001 phone to G711 and other but not work

Please help

and also did you create 8000 and 8001 directory in your oxe?

Yes, i have SIP extension as bellow, i have create 8000 and 8001 with SIP Extension type, but cannot call
345 M SIP extension users = 2/ 298
With 3 party SIP phone (Favil) the call work but with Alcatel-Lucent 8001 DeskPhone it is not work
Please help

What is the neqt 798 on your PBX ?

Do you have the same call trace for 3rdparty phone, which is OK ?

There is an OXE bug which didn't load sip licenses on r11. Are you in latest patch?

And now, both SIP 3 party and 8001 SIP phone not work
SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Here

Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, BYE, PRACK, NOTIFY, REFER, SUBSCRIBE, OPTIONS, UPDATE

User-Agent: OmniPCX Enterprise R11.2.2 l2.300.31.b

Reason: SIP;cause=488;text="Outgoing call isn't allowed here"
