Attendnat overriding diversions

Got an interesting issue. Got 4059 attendant consoles, 6 of them. They seem to be able to automatically call a diverted user and ring the user set rather than follow the diversion. I've tried myself on a 4059 and cannot do this. First thing I checked was the facility category and the option 'local calls follow external forwarding' is enabled for the user and by the looks of it, the console because it has the same facility category. Anyone else had this?
