My partner has been testing some features of OXO like who plays. He has noted that since the 4200, if you call to a trunk group with DISA, only 1 call hears the voice guide, even when he has 6 "simultaneous accesses". The second call just rings until the first is transfered to another extension.
He opened a case on France, and an Argentinian guy from Alcatel (seems we get support from there) told him: "what do you understand by simultaneous, all calls have to fall at exactly the same time"
For the tests we have done with a couple of analog lines on our OXO this is practically impossible. So, is this an Alcatel joke or what? Can please all who manage OXO confirm this or give further ideas?
