2 digital Ext Can not call each other

Hi All,
please advise some
Extension 1000 and 1001 Both are digital extension can not call each other (when calling from Ext: 1000 to 1001 it say unobtainable and same when to call from Ext: 1001 to 1000

the rest extension all is OK

Note: Extension 1000 I had add in to attendant group

I had put it out of service and in again but it seem not work

Look, u can see the keys, maybe u errase da resource key, u can see too da joins, or selective diversion, if u can explain me more about ur problem it`s better
