Problem of transfer

Dear all,
I have an OXO R2 installation with a mix of Alcatel and Philips (Sopho Baseline Pro) analog sets.
While I can transfer calls with the Alcatel phones without problem, its not possible using the Philips sets by pressing the R key. Any one with some information how to solve this problem.

Hi,
All analog set has thier own Hook Flash timer
Check the flash hook validation timer of the phillip analog set and then modify in the PCX to appropriate rang
