Hi all, we are doing tests with 8400 ICS 6.0.000.684.a and Exchange 2003. We have a problem because the messages are not tagged as voice mail. The wav file is attached to the email but no forms is associated and no new voice mail is announced.
Has anybody already had this problem?
Thanks

Re: Unified messaging problem
Thanks, but where did you find it? On the BPWS, I cannot find anyone even in the Knowledge Base.

Re: Unified messaging problem
It is perhaps a profile problem but there is no troubleshooting guide under 8400 software download part of the BPWS. A search on the site does not give any troubleshooting guide.
Do you have a direct link to give that I can try?
Thanks

Re: Unified messaging problem
We follow the TroubleShooting Guide without success, but there is still a question not listed in the guide.
What does UMFCORE stand for and is it normal to have red status in supervision?
