Amix 4/4/4 board - analog user ports are not available

Hello guys

I have a problem with Amix 4/4/4 board.I instaled it on a OXO (CPU 2) R4 ,the license is ok , the board is present and accepted but i can not use the analog user ports because those port are not present in subscribers list. The analog trunk ports and digital users ports are ok.
It could be something related to hardware problem(pin damage??)??
Until now i didn`t try to change the slot .Maybe someone ecountered this problem.....

Hi there

I had a similar problem with an APA8 board. OMC showed as APA4 due to integrated circuit bad connected. Try to change this board too.
If you use a large rack you need to use amix board at slots 1,2,3, or 4.

Thank you for your reply.
Now i use medium rack and amix board is conected in slot 2.
I will try to change the slot from 2 to 4 and the if its not working i will send the board back for replacement

Try to change the board too. Or try to connect another kind of board in the same slot to see if the oxo understands the correct board.

That is a good ideea.In fact i will put APA 4 in that slot to see if it is properly recognized.
