Mobile MIC client on BlackBerry

Has anybody installed My Instant Communicator for Blackberry?

I have some problem with the integration. The documents aren’t so clear on the BPWS.

e.g.: what can I do if the option menu isn’t available after MIC Client installation on BlackBerry® device. So I can’t set up the ICS URL, login, password…

in the option menu of BB you shoul find
My instant Communicator

if not present , reboot your device (i experience same issue)
you may have to force a rebbot by removing the battery

retry to download again the application

in the option
you have to
put ICS url for configuraiton URL = http://ics.company.com
BB will use it to access configuration files http://ics.company.com/DM/BlackBerry/xxxx.xml

then use BB menu button to load such config fie present in ICS
and complete w this by the password

take care also to put MDS url
http://ipofyourBES_MDS_service:8080

when applicaiton is running
on the MYIC screen
press ALT and maintain button ALT and input LOGS
