Predictive Diallers

Hi All,

I have inherited an OXO R7.1 and more recently a Powerconnex predictive dialler as well.
I have no idea where the dialler came from, but it is connected via Z ports (Analogue).

There are a number of issues with the outbound calling and subsequent transferring to a 9Series handsets, it does like or understand the secondary dial tone of the OXO, thus the calls fails. Does anyone have a similar setup or some experience with Powerconnex?

Would really like it if someone could share a PCXDialler.ini file for the Predictive Dailler !!

Have you tried to put one Z Set in parallel mode in the same port to hear what happens when the problem occurs?
