alcatel 4400 and gn 8000

I have an alcaltel advanced e-reflexe 4400 and gn-8000 to switch on the head set.
when i received a call i donÂ´t arrived to switch directly on the headset,
Could you take me advise

What type of set exactly. I do not know set 4400. For usual set (4035 and so on) you need program on set key with meaning "headset".

On picture with set you have programmed key (3), someone (with access to PBX managment) must programm "headset" key for this set.
