VLAN modifications via web/php

I'd like to give our Help Desk the ability to change VLAN membership of predefined ports (ie through radio buttons on a web page) for a training room that gets used by both employees and students (so, before an admin training session the Help Desk can redefine the vlan membership and then move it back to an unsecure network after).

A windows-based utility is fine too, if I can lock the Help Desk into basic setting-changes.

I will be implementing NAC in a few months, but this VLAN situation is too disruptive to wait. Any help or other suggestions on how to do this (quickly and inexpensively .. I don't want to put money into something that will only be around for 3 months).

AOS 6.3.4.R01 offers a captive portal.

I recommend that you install a radius server like freeradius and simply allow some users into the vlan and those without the right username/password will be rejected.

In my opinion the easiest way to solve this.
