Dial zero for operator

I have version d2.314 patch m of the PCX 4400. We are running the IAA system with our Call Center. Does anyone know if it is possible to have zero programmed in to point to the call center. We have our voicemail system set up that way, but I seem to remember someone saying that the IAA cannot do that unless we program one of the 4 possible options to do that.

You should be able to do it as you described - action on digit 0 in the leaf. You should also be able to insert it in the Action on timeout. Obviously if you need the 0 action during all the IAA you have to program this in all the leaves.
