Alcatel Lucent IP touch 4018 reseting

we are using oxo R7. We have 2 IP phones and sad to know everytime i connected the IP phone it always appear on the screen considering i setting up already the IP and tftp and subnet. same configuration with other IP 4018 that working now except with the IP.

try to disable the reset for update parameter under the user (user > TCP/IP user). We have had a customer that had some issues with 4018 phones rebooting like this, appeared to be a bad batch from ALU.

We have a problem like this seemingly with phones that have been plugged in not being able to find a licence - was told to wait 20 minutes or so. Noob question: do the phones have ROM that clears itself after a certain time period?

I was wondering if there is a way to program the phone to force answer another caller's phone. How does one initiate the intercom feature?

its OXO right. are you using dhcp or static. if dhcp are you using the pbx dhcp or external? also you need to creat least one IP user
