OXE is connected to Nortel Extension via APA trunk(Analog).
In case of internal calls, we get voice guide No 8(For Activating Callback).
When I am calling an Nortel Extension via APA trunk(Of course via Nortel Extension), I am getting the same voice guide 8.
My question is that In case of busy state of external user, we need to get busy tone unless the service provider support automatic callback feature. But why we are getting voice guide of OXE in case of external trunk.
If we connect the public analog trunk, we are getting busy tone.
Anybody help me on this issue with your expertise....... Please.....

the issue is that when all the trunks are busy, OXE is playing the callback voice guide No 8 as “You may request automatic callback by dialing # ......”.
In R6.0, there should be 2 parameters controlling this feature.
1) /Classes of service/ Phone Features Classes of Service
Review Modify
Callback on free or busy set: 1 (Default Value)
Auto. Callback Satell. Trk Grp: 0 or 1
0 – Callback on Busy Trunk activated for sets.
1 – Callback on Bust Trunk is not activated for the sets.
2) /Trunk Groups
Review Modify
Overlap dialing: YES (Default Value)
Now the system is upgraded to R9.0 h1.301.28.b. There is an analog trunk group. This parameter "Auto. Callback Satell. Trk Grp" in Phone Feature Class of service has been set to 0. But still we are getting the callback voice guides, when all the nortel extensions connected to the APA board are busy.
OXE is playing the voice guide number 8. It is not Nortel voice guide.

There is a little bit confusion in my starting explanation of the issue. Sorry for that.
This is related to the feature "Automatic Callback on busy trunk group".
My intention is that we don't like to get callback voice guide no 8. But we would like to get Busy tone when all the Nortel Trunks(Extension from Nortel) are busy.
I hope the scenario is clear now.

Auto. Callback Satell. Trk Grp - Select 1 to grant the user right to callback on busy trunk group
0 – Callback on Bust Trunk is not activated for the sets.

Issue has been resolved in the site.
In 6.0, Even if we managing this parameter to 0, we are getting callback voice guide when the trunks are busy.
They have upgraded the site from 6.0 to 9.0 directly.
So still we are getting the same voice guide, when the trunks are busy.
We have deleted the trunk group 1 and recreated as another trunk group(Other than 1) with same accesses.
Then we are getting busy tone, when the trunks are busy. This feature is removed from R8.0 onwards(I am not sure).
