office link driver problem

hi guys,
I m trying to install office link driver for CDR info to alcatel oxo,
after install I have following message in log file..so need your helps..
what can I do for problem ?

v.24 or ethernet? for ethernet connection between OLD and PCX I think you need a license.

conncetting on ethernet (ip),
but pbx have licence..

when I try on another pc its working,,I can see new xml file,,
I think problem about windows register, but I cant found anything..

See if you have write permissions in the directory where the OLD is installed.

Apparently the OLD is failing to generate the Ticket Collector.

Check the licenses, but I think if you do not have it the log shows a license error.

Check the configurantion file named OhlDriver.conf

Did you manage to resolve this issue.
I am experiencing the same, and have disabled the clients firewall and the necessary network checks have been completed.
