My Instant Communicator - Problem call transfer

Hi everyone.
i have a problem with my Instant Communicator, analog sets and multiline users with 4019 sets.
OmniTouch version 5.1.00.583
Oxe version H1.301.27
1° problem : When MyIC starts, the user with analog terminal can't trasfer a call with service key.
2° problem : situation - MyIC, user with 4019 set and two multiline with same number
when a user is busy (just 1 multiline) and attendant transfer a new call to user,
the call in conversation is put on hold in automatic.
Without MyIC there is no problem.
User with analog set can trasfer a call with service key and attendat have a busy tone when transfer a call on user with 1 multiline busy.
