I'm a customer, with three OXE systems and an OXO. But my actual reseller disappeared into thin air. When I tried to register to ABPWS, I was turned down, so I currently have 4 OXx systems, and no access to support or documentation.
Hopefully Verizon will come through with a quote soon so that I can get some US based support, but NextiraOne in the UK and the US have left me in the lurch.
