I need to change user extention (directory number)

Hi,

What is the process for changing user extention (e.g. from 1111 to 1112). Set (telephone) type is not going to change, just need to change extention on that phone. Do I have to delete user entry in Configuration \ OXE \ Users and create new one with desired number?

Does your user have a voicemail? If yes, he will have to reinitialize his greeting message.

If you have 4760 you can open the old details and copy them for the new extension.
