automated attendant

i have configured automated attendant as voice guide meassage then the caller dial the required internal extension after press 1
but after the message played and the caller press 1 and dial the extension
but the internal user doesn't response
i don't know where is the problem
can you help me

Hi did you programming auto attendant before.?.if you firt programed can you look at the a lot of parameteres

yes i programeed AA before here when the caller reach the AA and he can dial DTMF number he dial the extension number but oxe doesn't transfer the caller to the dialed number although the session still open between the caller and the oxe

problem was in dtmf key it must be differnet than the first digit of the internal user
examp dir no for user is 1001
and i was using dtmf key 1
so i change dtmf key to 9 and it was success
