No ring back

Hi,

I have a problem with an OXO that has been connected with an E1 from my Telco. Apparently the you can call in and out but when calling in the caller does not get a ring back. After dialing the number the caller just hears someone talking on the other end without having to hear the ring back.
My Telco has assured me they have enabled ring back and other models of PABX's are working OK. This is the second system i have experienced a problem with in the same Telco. The first PABX was a 4200 and problem too has not been resolved.

Please assist.

May be, it would be helpful:
mark parameter "Send Ringback tone for incoming calls" in External lines/ Protocols/ ISDN Trunks/ Modify/ Parameters.
Sorry, but 4200 doesn't have this feature. But you can use preannouncement for all calls. And you can change tone, that sounds after preannouncement. It is dependant from country.
