BLF NOT WORKING

Hi Guys

I am facing a problem with 4059 BLF all of sudden.When we click on the icon ,the window pops up with BLF and error saying no more abca resources ? Could anybody can give a hint .
The BLF was working before .We tried reinstalling the sw and still the same problem.The version e2504.1v
