Please suggest me when i am conecting external battery 3*12 volt,7Ah with PS3N with CPUe-2 then external or internal battery are not working i.e not giving backup.
But when i am connecting normal CPU-4 or CPU-3m or CPU-2 then external battery power backup are working for approx 20 min.
Please suggest me if any one face this problem

It's strange. May be faulty CPUe-2?

Normally, CPU has four connectors but the CPUe-2 has five connectors.
check you motherboard for the number of connectors.
if it has five connectors then check is there any damage in the pins.
