DND Problem

Hi,

Our customer experience problem particularly on its DND feature. Activation were done using HOTMENU. The problem is there are times that the feature is activated automatically. The guest doesn't deactivate it even the operators. Sometimes there 3 users sometimes all of it were deactivated. We already ask the PMS provider to check on their side and they were claiming that the DND string was set to null. Is there a log where we can find that the feature is disabled? Anyone was encounter the same issue too?
