I have a Set (4039) where the LED is flashing but there ist no callback or anything else. How can i clear the LED? I have make a callback to the Set and cleared it, but the LED is not going off. There is no Information in the List if i press the Message waiting Key.

Prefix for turning off the MWI (message wait indiaction, maybe a LED on UA, maybe something similar on analog set in hotel).
Don't know your system settings, but see that prefix in your Prefix Plan.

Thank you, but with the prefix the MWI didn`t go out. The MWI is going on if the agent is pressing a key for recording the call and is going off if the agent is pressing another key to stop the record. Sometimes the MWI is flashing allthough the agent had stop the record.

Hum, but then if recording comes from Nice it is it who is not sending the commands correctly. Have you checked the Nice side?
