go to USER and check the "dial by name & mini mail" option. (it enables the integrated keyboard)
check system docs ! (top right hand corner, RED flashing thing on the page !)
you can type..... so why not try reading for a change .....

Er..Stefan, that answer is valid of an OXE, not for an OXO...anyways documentation has been posted by some guy on an external link. Will ask Frank to include it on our DB

It should be work by default.
Except if U have changed the set. Please check the valid type of the set in the OMC software.
If U can see a red set type in the Temporary Type field in the Subscribers/Details, then unplug the set, change the the terminal type to UA Access and plug it again.
