i am facing problem to implement meet me conference by using crystal hardware release 5.1.2v. i have created gpa2 card and programming done according to manual.
network meet me conference yes
gpa dsp equipment 3 conference
on phone facility cat meet me conference yes
conference code length 4
max no of trunks confren.n 15
later i reset the gpa2 board.
and i have tested internal n party conference( with in system) every thing working fine.
when i call external user try to join external party into meet me conference, i could not able to do it using advanced reflex handset.
i called external user then press meet me conference prefix+ initiator extension no+ initiator extension password+ transfer or cfprog then display on telephone set show select a key.after that if i press any key on advanced reflex set the extrnal user not join into conference.
what may be the problem? is it require system reset?
meet me conf problem
Re: meet me conf problem
You need to press a key where your external user on hold.
Re: meet me conf problem
Check in the system parameters how many trunks can access the conference. The parameter is "Max. No Trks multi-p conference"

Re: meet me conf problem
Why are you calling people to insert them in the conf ? This is not the way meet-me conf should be used
Let external users dial in and specify the meet me conf code.
Or use a My Teamwork which is much more suitable for such conferencing features ...

Re: meet me conf problem
If you change "max no of trunks confren.n" a reboot is required.
default "1" so you should be able to insert one external, if you have problem with that, there is another problem to!
But i'm 100% sure you need to reboot if you change this value in /system.
