Adding users via 4099

Hi All,

I have a customer who has a 12D compact 4/4/8 (r.3.1). He now requires extra digital extn's and is currently using every digital port.

He has a requirement to add say 4 additional users. Would I need multi reflex hubs and is there much to the set up or is it plug and play?

My other concern is licences, would I need additional refex user licences? I am not sure how many are supplied with a 12D, I think its 16.

Someone also mentioned a 'multi-reflex licence?', but I cannot find this anywhere on the price list?

4099s are plug n play. As they are adding reflexes users, you will need to make sure that you have sufficient licenses, I can't remember how many you get at default, but if you log on to the system with PM5 it will tell you how many licenses you have currently.

There is no license for 4099s, but you can only add a finite number, iirc you can only add 4 to a Compact (you only need 2 so that won't be a worry).

As an aside, I have found the price difference between a small OXO and a compact to be minimal, and as a rule don't sell compacts because of the limited future expansion capabilities (more the cost associated with expansion anyway).
