real time output of account data

i am having problem getting real time accounting data output on v24 port.

please see attached programming done.

i am connecting to cbrma box on com C.

i appreciate your input in the matter.

First of all, did you try to plug a computer on your C port, with hyperterm, to see if you have any tickets going out on the console ?

I don't remember by heart, but I am not sure that /dev/scc0a is port C.
I am not saying it's wrong, I just don t remember. I will try to check it out later and let you know..

FILES FOR EXTERNAL ACCOUNTING :YES

make this modification and see if it works

How is your parameter 'real time ticket' output under mgr- applications-accouting.
You also have to check the filters for the different fields to be output under the same menu.
