Ip phones not booting from the data vlan

Two Vlans has been configured for data and voice in Omniswitch 6850- 24.
The ip phone connected to the data vlan is not booting up. it shows no tftp response. but ethereal traces shows that ip phone and pcx are reachable. what coule be the problem??

any incidents from pbx side?. if you can make a trace with ethereal, can you check the tftp server's ip that the phone is trying to reach?.
Talking about your VLANs, just because I am curious, why you have two vlans (data and voice) and you are using data one for ip phones?. I suppose you have some QoS over VLAN voice so use phone with this one.
