Calling number (CLIP feature on APA board) absent on 4019 se

OXE R8 (G1.302.6e), common hardware, CLIP feature on APA board.
During incoming call (external call, APA board, CLIP) I have f.e. on 4020 set good info on display "1:(calling number) (trunk group name)" - OK.
If I have incoming call on 4019 set, display information not so good "1:(trunk group name)" - calling number absent!!!. If I delete TG name - display show only "1: ".
Have someone the same problem and may be know solution? How we can see calling party number on 4019 set?
