Cannot complete dialing

Hi,

We are having some situation if the users wants to call to other extension numbers they cannot complete the dialing. Say for example if we want to call a 4 digits extension (Eg: 7004) all users can only dial 3 (Eg:700). I captured a incident during that dialing (Incident:1721). What I do is delete that extension and re create it, the problem repeated but on the other extension. And I have to do that work around from time to time. How can I can resolve this issue?

1721 is a backtrace - this can have many reasons.
Maybe you have a database or software problem.
Try the cdmao; checkdb command to get more infos
and also enter excvisu and post it here.
Also post the result of tradna <directorynumber>

What is the full patch of the pcx.It seems to be a bug on rel 8.

What I observe in this, is if I use DECT or Reflexes the phone will ring but if I use 8 or 9 series as my caller the call will not succed.

Actually this problem appear on digital phone set
try to change timer number 3 and 13
