Caller ID problem

Post by JCS »

Hi All!

My OXE don't send Caller ID.

NPD is my own:

----------------------
Calling Numbering plan ident. + NPI/TON: ISDN Unknown
Called numbering plan ident. + NPI/TON: ISDN Unknown
Authorize personal calling num use + True
Install. number source + None used
Default number source + None used
Called DID identifier : -1
Calling/Connected DID identifier : -1
----------------------

For Subscriber's Entity parameter "Caller ID secret" is unchecked.

But during the call it logged like this:

-------------------
| IE:[04] BEARER_CAPABILITY (l=3) 80 90 a3
| IE:[18] CHANNEL (l=3) a8 83 81 -> T2 : No B channel
| IE:[28] DISPLAY (l=3) `216`
| IE:[6c] CALLING_NUMBER (l=2) -> 01 81 Num :
| IE:[70] CALLED_NUMBER (l=4) -> a1 Num : 239
| IE:[7d] HLC (l=2) 91 81
| [a1] Sending complete
-------------------

It happens in both cases: when User hase checked "Personal calling number" nether when unchecked.

And another one strange for me: I create prefix Secret/Identity, but it not work.
Phone set make three tone tones, when I try to call this prefix.
Is there some global parameter Secret ID?

I read manual:

----------------------------
Secret identity
See PREFIXES.PLAN
This item is without effect if the subscriber is not authorized to use the prefix (see PREFIX).
This prefix in flip flop operates on the "Automatic identifier sending" (see SUBSCRIBER SET: ISDN facility attribute) parametered in set items.
Example:
If the item is on YES at "Automatic identifier sending", using a prefix a first time activates the "secret identity", a second time, the "Automatic identifier sending", etc ...
The automatic identifier sending is either the subscriber automatic identifier if he is DID, or the system identifier (see SYSTEM: ISDN information attribute) if he is not DID.
...
If the subscriber is not authorized to use the prefix: the transmission of identity is conditioned by the Transmission of calling line identity attribute programmed in system table (see SYSTEM: transmission of calling line identity).
----------------------------

But I can't find in my System parameters "SUBSCRIBER SET: ISDN facility attribute", "SYSTEM: ISDN information attribute" and "SYSTEM: transmission of calling line identity".

May be, thay has another name.

So, I need help.

Thank All for attention.

In your NPD you have authorised private calling number so you will have to enter the number you wish to send for each user manually. That has to be done in the User programming screen.

There are 2 options, 1 to allow the option for the user. Once you enable that field, the next field will appear and that is where you put the number for the user.

There was a problem: PBX always sends empty Caller ID.

I find mistake.

Parameter "SYSTEM - Specific customer features parameters - PAGE provider" was cheked.
Caller ID began to be transferred as it is necessary after uncheking this box.
